How does LeadZik Marketplace work?
Create an account, choose the categories and locations you serve, review your per-lead pricing, and set your monthly lead limits. Once your setup is complete and delivery is enabled, matching qualified leads arrive in your account as they become available.
Is every lead exclusive?
Yes. Each lead delivered through LeadZik goes to one contractor and is not resold to another contractor through our platform. Exclusivity does not guarantee that a homeowner has not independently contacted another business.
What does it cost to get started?
Creating a Marketplace account is free. There is no Marketplace subscription, agency retainer, or long-term contract. You pay the stated price for qualified leads delivered to your account. Review current category and location pricing before enabling delivery.
Can I control how many leads I receive?
Yes. You choose your service areas, lead preferences, and monthly lead limits. Adjust your settings as crew capacity changes. Actual volume depends on homeowner demand, category availability, and your selected markets.
What if there is a problem with a lead?
You can request a refund for any purchased lead from its record within 30 calendar days. Decisions are typically resolved in 30 minutes or less, and our 24/7/365 support team typically responds through LeadZik in 5 minutes or less. Approval follows the refund policy.

Yes. Every account includes team access with separate logins and shared lead records. Your team can review project details, add notes, and track follow-ups in one central place, without extra Marketplace seat fees.
Do I need Convert to use Marketplace?
No. Marketplace includes lead delivery, team access, a mini CRM, reporting, and integrations. Convert is an optional addition that follows up with your LeadZik leads and helps book appointments, with its own plans and charges.
